Top 5: Beauty Products

Today, I'm sharing my five favorite beauty products. It was so hard to narrow it down, and so many good products didn't make the cut (like my BB cream)!! Maybe I'll do another one of these to share some more favorites!
1. Dry Shampoo
I try to wash my hair as little as possible, because washing my hair everyday or every other day just doesn't work for my hair type! However, I am definitely not a fan of the greasy hair look!! I am constantly trying different dry shampoos because I have yet to find one that I absolutely love! Right now I use Pantene's Original Fresh Dry Shampoo and I love it (maybe enough to stick with it)! I have also used Dove's Refresh Dry Shampoo and it is okay but not my favorite, I find it leaves a thicker residue than other brands. Another brand that I have liked is eva-nyc's Freshen Up Dry Shampoo, I would totally use this one over and over but Costco doesn't carry it anymore (boo)!

2. Essie Nail Polish
I can not express my love for ESSIE enough! I bought my first bottle of ESSIE nail polish 3 years ago and I have not looked back since! I typically apply 2 coats of my color then top it off with ESSIE's "no chips ahead" top coat and my nails easily last 5-6 days! I have loved every color I've tried, but my current favorites are "Lilacism" "Find Me an Oasis" "Fiji" "Sand Tropez" and "Turquoise and Caicos"!

3. Burt's Bees Lip Balm
I almost included my favorite lip gloss on this list, but what I use more than lip gloss is my Burt's Bees lip balm. I use Burt's Bees lip balm several time throughout the course of my day. I have tried several other brands of lip balm but I haven't found one that moisturizes as well as Burt's Bees!

4. Coconut oil
I recently discovered coconut oil and it has quickly become my go-to. I use it for just about everything and recommend it to just about everyone!

Here is how I use coconut oil:
1. As a direct replacement for vegetable oil in cooking and baking.
2. As moisturizer when I get out of the shower.
3. On my face after I wash my face.
4. To remove my makeup.
5. On dry skin throughout the day.
6. As a hair mask once every couple of months.

5. Clump Crusher Mascara by LashBlast
I have found that a little mascara goes a long way, especially this mascara! If I am going out, I typically apply 2 coats of this mascara but if I am just putting on for the day, I put a quick coat on my top and bottom lashes and I am good to go!

If you have discovered some great beauty products that I didn't mention, let me know!
