Guacamole

This guacamole recipe is so loved in my house. My mom got the recipe from a colleague years ago and we often make it as an appetizer when we're having guests over or just when we're craving some chips & guac! :)

Start by pealing and pitting 3 avocados.
Using a fork, mash the avocados until there are no longer large chunks of avocado. Stir in 1 diced red pepper, half of a tomato, diced, the juice from half a lime, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1-2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 clove of garlic, salt & pepper and cumin.
*NOTE My family does the cumin by eye - I would recommend starting with 1 teaspoon of cumin, tasting the guac and adding more depending on how strong you want the taste of cumin to be.
