This guacamole recipe is so loved in my house. My mom got the recipe from a colleague years ago and we often make it as an appetizer when we're having guests over or just when we're craving some chips & guac! :)

Start by pealing and pitting 3 avocados.
Using a fork, mash the avocados until there are no longer large chunks of avocado. Stir in 1 diced red pepper, half of a tomato, diced, the juice from half a lime, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1-2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 clove of garlic, salt & pepper and cumin.
*NOTE My family does the cumin by eye - I would recommend starting with 1 teaspoon of cumin, tasting the guac and adding more depending on how strong you want the taste of cumin to be.

3 avocados
1 diced red pepper
1/2 of a tomato, diced
juice from 1/2 of a lime
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoon of sour cream
1-2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon cumin (more to taste)

1. Peel & pit 3 ripe avocados. Using a fork, mash the avocados in a small bowl.
2. Once the avocado is smooth, stir in diced red pepper, diced tomato, lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, plain yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin.
3. Serve with chips :)
