The Bean was really into looking up overnight oat recipes on Pinterest recently so I helped her put some Apple Cinnamon overnight oats together!
Add 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 of milk (or non-dairy alternative), 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 diced apple to a mason jar. ** We used 1% milk and maple syrup.
Seal the mason jar and shake it so that all of the ingredients combine. Keep the mason jar in the fridge overnight and they will be ready to go in the morning!
APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS
yield: breakfast for one
ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)

1 apple, diced
directions
1. Add the oats, milk, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon and diced apple to a mason jar.
2. Shake the mason jar so the ingredients combine.
3. The the mason jar sit in the fridge overnight and it will be ready to enjoy in the morning!
