I only know a very little bit of Spanish (I took it as an elective years ago and loved every minute of it), but I do know that the title of this song means that all of the heads are crazy! My mom came home from work on Friday evening and played this song for my family - it was love at first listen! I adore Latin music and this song is perfection!
