I kept it simple with Arty's arrival this year. I put her in a little Christmas tin and stuck a little sign over her head that said 'Surprise! I'm Back!' Arty typically shows up with our advent calendars so I added those in even though the Bean already new about them.
Arty the yoga elf! This was easy Peasy! A little piece of green cardstock and a folded piece of white paper that reads 'Namaste.' I always use a green or red marker or pen when I am writing for Arty.
Some snowflake making! This was a little tougher to put together! Cutting those teeny, tiny snowflakes were not fun!But the end result was too cute!
Arty found a remote control truck to ride around in! This was easy as can be! All you need is a car or truck to prop your elf up in!
A little painter's tape and you're done! The Bean thought this prank was hilarious!
Arty was hanging from the garland over our back door the other day! I used a twist tie to secure Arty's foot to the curtain rod - bonus points if you have a twist tie! I was too tired to go searching through my house for a red twist tie but I think that would take this prank to the next level!
Oh my goodness! This is not one of my finest pranks, but it sure got a good laugh out of the Bean! I promise, I can craft a little better than this but wrapping Arty up in green construction paper was not as easy as it may seem! The Bean had a hard time finding Arty on this day - she had so much fun looking!
Another super easy prank! I used a a green pipe cleaner and a red pom pom to turn Arty into rudolf! I sat her on the windowsill in our kitchen just to change up her location a little.
And finally, the ball pit! This was so fun! I emptied a bag of pom poms into a large Tupperware container and hid Arty in the pom poms. Then I made a quick little sign and stuck it in the 'ball pit' with some toothpicks.
If you have any ideas, I would love to hear them! I'll post another update a little closer to Christmas!
See you tomorrow,

See you tomorrow,
Wow, you have some really creative ideas for the Elf. I think the one where Arty is taped to the wall is my favorite!
