3. I talked all about these scrumptious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes on Wednesday and I am still thinking about them. I used my cupcake corer to core chocolate cupcakes and fill them with eggless cookie dough. Then I frosted them and put a cute little chocolate chip cookie on the top. They were a little like a 5 course meal all in one but they were so so good! You can find the recipe HERE.
4. In July, I hung chalkboard on the inside of one of our cupboard doors so that it looks like this:
And it is always a favorite of mine - it kind of feels like I'm living in Pinterest when I have that cupboard door open. Well, at the very bottom of the chalkboard there's a bit of real estate that I use to write seasonal quotes. At least, that was my hope! I had a Halloween quote on there until this Wednesday!
On Wednesday, I finally got out my chalk and wrote a Valentine's quote and I have fallen in love with this cupboard all over again!! I am so excited that this cupboard no longer says 'Happy Haunting' and I'm hoping to get this one down in a reasonable amount of time after Valentine's Day. But, If I'm being real, this cupboard will likely say 'Love, Kisses & Valentine's Wishes' until July.5. In Canada, we have 2 types of Girl Guide Cookies. Both are pictured above - the ones on the bottom left are like Oreos and they are not my favorite BUT the ones on the top right are a minty cookie and they are my favorite!! Well, my friend (all the shoutouts in this post Erica!!) is a Brownie leader and brought my family some of the mint girl guide cookies! Desserts have been extra special this week because we love Mint Girl Guide Cookies!!

I didn't realized the Girl Guides only had two types of cookies! We have at least 5 different flavors here - but Thin Mints are usually the favorite too.
